Coray ‒ one for all

With Coray, Ansorg has created a luminaire family of universal specialists for all retail areas. Whether high-level decoration, peripheral area or centre of the room, whether the edge of the display window, delicate goods presentation or luxury branding Coray always provides a uniform, stylishly unobtrusive appearance irrespective of the ceiling height and places the focus of the scene setting where it belongs: on the goods. 

The Coray family provides the latest technology combined with a new design language. Currently in seven variants, Coray stands for consistent design across all structural shapes, installation sizes and mounting types. At the same time the outer shape clearly places the functionality of the luminaires at the forefront. Coray, as a functional as well as unmistakable detail has a newly designed chamfer. It emphasizes the transition from the luminaire body to the reflector and stylishly defines the termination of the product. All of the members of the Coray family have the new Ansorg seal. The haptic sign is an insignia of the quality and competence for which Ansorg has stood for over 60 years. After successful quality checking all of the new Ansorg luminaires will be marked with it in future. 

The recessed, surface-mounted and semi-recessed spotlights cover, individually or as a group of three, all applications, from large hall lighting to showcase illumination. Your high quality lighting strengthens the value of brands. With horizontal, 360° flexibility with maximum pivotability, Coray luminaires can be adapted to every lighting situation. The variety of models within a product family in the sizes small, medium and large as well as the use of different reflectors, glasses and films ensure the best possible light distribution with brilliant quality and excellent colour rendition. In the powerful models with small dimensions Ansorg is using collimators for the first time. The innovative lens technology bundles all of the light of the LED source parallel to the optical axis of the luminaire. These models ensure highly efficient use of light and permit precisely matching requirement-specific lighting characteristics. 

The high-performance control gear is invisible in almost all of the Coray variants and disappears, depending on the design, into the luminaire, adapter or ceiling. The minimalistic design language obtained focussing on functionality provides maximum flexibility with the highest performance. For that the young product family had already won several awards before the product launch: with the Good Design Award Coray won the most renowned and prestigious design award worldwide at the first attempt. Coray has already convinced the jurors of the German Design Award and of the Iconic Award.
